Sending data via the website registration form on the Religious Freedom Roundtable in Ukraine (ReligiousFreedom.in.ua), according to the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" you accept:

  • collection and processing of your personal data as follows: name and surname, e-mail address, information on occupation, place of work, and position;
  • use of your personal data involving actions of the controller of the personal data with regard to processing of such data and provision of partial or full right to process such personal data by other subjects of relations related to personal data, in particular, data processing actions by means of program tools of third developers (Article 10 of the aforementioned Law);
  • spreading of personal data involving actions of the controller of the personal data with regard to transference of information about a person from the personal database (Article 14 of the aforementioned Law), in particular, by means of publication of the list of participants of the Religious Freedom Roundtable in Ukraine on the website (ReligiousFreedom.in.ua), as well as including it in work materials or other presentation documents related to activities of the Religious Freedom Roundtable in Ukraine;
  • access to personal data by third parties that determines actions of the controller of the personal data in case of receipt of an inquiry from the third party with regard to access to personal data, including the access mode of the personal data subject to information on himself/herself (Article 16 of the aforementioned Law);
  • e-mailing announcements, information messages, and documents related to activities of the Religious Freedom Roundtable in Ukraine.

If your personal data is changed, you shall be obliged to provide up-to-date true information on yourself to update your personal data in the shortest possible time using the contact information on the website of the Religious Freedom Roundtable in Ukraine.

Upon written request of a participant of the Religious Freedom Roundtable in Ukraine on deleting of personal data on himself/herself, directed to the e-mail address info@ReligiousFreedom.in.ua, the controller of the personal data shall be obliged to delete all personal data provided by the applicant in the shortest possible time.
